5 repetitions of each:
1. Neck Rolls
2. Arm Circles - 5 reps front and back
3. Knee Hug to Quad Pull - 5 reps each side
4. Leg Swings – Front
5. Leg Swings – Side
6. Squat to Forward Fold
7. Alternating Lunges with a Side Twist - 5 reps each side
8. Alternating Side Lunges - 5 reps each side
9. Toe & Heel Raise
10. Ankle Rotations - 5 reps each side
11. 1 Legged Skip - Across the room x 2
12. Grapevines - Across the room x 2
